DODGEBALL IS A PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK SPORT

I am aware that participating in the Hobart Dodgeball exposes me (or my child) to inherent risks, dangers and hazards. These risks and dangers may be caused by the actions or in-actions of others participating in the competition or the condition in which the competition takes place.

By engaging in Hobart Dodgeball matches, I freely accept and fully assume all inherent risks, dangers and hazards and the possibility of serious personal injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, death, property damage or loss resulting there from. There may be potential risks and losses socially and economically, either not known to me or unforeseeable at this time.

I accept and assume all risks and responsibility for losses, costs and damages I incur as a result of my participation.

I fully understand and accept that by playing dodgeball with Hobart Dodgeball that it is a play at your own risk sport. Hobart Dodgeball cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained unless caused by negligence on their part.

I fully understand and accept that Hobart Dodgeball Pty. Ltd. may use any photos taken on site of my own person for the use of social media and website media.
